There is free shipping on all orders of $40 or more. All other orders is $3.90. We ship most orders by USPS Priority Mail or First Class. Tracking is available for UPS and FedEx shipments (see Tracking) but is not available for Canada or USPO shipments. - Faster shipping is available with FedEx 2nd Day Air. This option is only available in the 48 states. The most common shipping delay results from errors in shipping addresses. FedEx & UPS does not ship to a PO Box. Please make sure that the physical shipping address is filled-in correctly in the order confirmation you received via email. If it is incorrect, please contact us immediately.
- FedEx & UPS does not pick-up on weekends, therefore orders made on weekends will be shipped out on Mondays. Example: An order placed on Thursday for FedEx 2nd Day Air will arrive on Monday at the earliest
- If you've ordered a product from us within the last 24 hours, the product may not have processed yet or USPS has not picked-up the product yet from our warehouse. This is common when orders are made on weekends or holidays.
